Geo-Thermal Cave Baths
Driven into the solid rock mountain side, between 1903 And 1911, specifically for the purpose of creating this unique "One of a Kind" facility. One cave for Men and another for Women, each with several huge, sunken, walk-in hot tubs filled with naturally hot mineral water at temperatures from 104 to 112 degrees. Open at 7:30am until 10:30pm Year Round, bathing is in the nude, children 16 and under are not allowed in the caves.

Outdoor Jacuzzi Baths
For the first time since Chief Idaho discovered "The Healing Waters of The Great Spirit" you and your significant others can enjoy 108 degree hot mineral water in the grandeur of the great outdoors. Our large modern jacuzzi tubs are set on a Redwood deck, surrounded on three sides by a 6ft. Cedar privacy fence, open to the splendor of the unspoiled mountain side and sky above.
Advance reservations are recommended for this very popular facility.

Indoor Private Baths
11 Private rooms each with a single tub approximately 8' long, 4' wide and 3' deep filled with our naturally hot mineral water at about 106 degrees. Equipped with a shower, bench and timer, the private baths are also reserved in advance for one hour periods. Couples , families and friends are welcome.

Mineral Water Swimming Pool
9:00 am - 10 pm

Under the translucent dome lies a tropical paradise, complete with flowering plants among live Banana and Palm Trees. The swimming pool is continually fed with hot mineral water at 115 degrees. With an overall temperature of 90+ degrees. Our pool is a favorite with adults and children of all ages, open from 9:00am until 10:00pm all year round.

The Indian Hot Springs is located in Idaho Springs, Colorado.
It is 32 miles west of Denver via I-70, to Idaho Springs exit.
Club Mud Information

Spread the mineral rich clay onto yourself and feel the mud absorb the toxins from your pores as the mud gently tightens as it dries. Feel the tingling as you rinse away the mud leaving you with smooth skin and hair. Enjoy a do it yourself facial mask or a complete body mud bath!....... Club Mud Baths are only $12.00 per person! (with any pool, bath or combo Club Mud $10.00)

Pure natural hot mineral water flow from our springs at 125' F and is pumped directly into the hot mineral water baths and swimming pool.
"Mineral Content of our Waters"

Calcium - 150 ppm Calcium is needed for bones, cartilage's, proper blood clotting, nerve and muscle functioning

Fluoride - 3.5 ppm Calcium fluoride is a constituent of the elastic fibers of the skin, the surface of bones and teeth. It gives hardness and stability.

Iron - 1000ppb Without iron, the blood could not deliver oxygen throughout the body.

Magnesium - 38 ppb Magnesium is needed to utilize carbohydrates properly, to make our own protein from amino acids, to maintain muscles and hormones.

Manganese - 70 ppb Manganese is more especially needed in the female. The most outstanding deficiency occurs when the female rejects the offspring.

Phosphorous - .05ppb Phosphorous, closely associated with calcium and vitamin D, produces energy and builds new tissue.

Selenium - .05ppb Selenium is necessary to prevent oxidation of cell membranes, it

Silica - 58ppm Silicon gives strength to bones, nerves, mucous membranes, hair and nails.

Sodium - 520ppm Every cell is bathed in sodium containing fluid.

Sulfate - 420 ppm Sulfur is essential in ridding the body of poison; for the health of bones, hair, nails and also the fluids in joints and vertebra discs.

Zinc -10 ppb Zinc is involved in tissue nutrition and protein building zinc is also needed in tissue repair.
